In‑App Purchases (IAP)
- All purchases are processed by Apple via In‑App Purchase. Prices and confirmation screens are displayed by Apple before you pay.
- Coin packs are consumables and, per Apple policy, are not restorable after reinstall. The App syncs your balance with our server to help preserve purchased coins across devices.
- We may offer free daily refills to keep you playing without payment.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. If Apple refunds a transaction, we may adjust the in‑app coin balance accordingly.

What We Collect
- Account identifiers (e.g., Apple user identifier when you use “Sign in with Apple”).
- Purchase metadata (transaction IDs, product IDs) to verify IAP with Apple.
- Gameplay/ledger data (coin balance, spend/refill timestamps) to operate the game and prevent fraud.
- Diagnostics (crash logs, performance metrics) to improve stability.
Purposes & Legal Bases
- Provide the App and maintain an accurate coin balance — Contract.
- Verify purchases and prevent abuse — Legitimate Interest.
- Comply with law (tax/accounting) — Legal Obligation.
Sharing
- Apple (StoreKit / App Store Server API) for transaction verification.

OVH. - Service providers strictly as needed to operate the App (under data‑processing terms).
International Transfers
Data is primarily stored/processed in the EU or EEA where possible. If transfers outside the EEA occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).
Retention
Account and transaction records are retained for as long as you use the App and as required by law (e.g., tax). Diagnostics data is kept for the shortest time needed for analysis.
Your Rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or portability, and object to processing where applicable. Contact: contact@ceos-france.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Terms of Service / EULA
License
We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Virtual Currency
- Coins are a limited, non‑transferable, revocable license to use features in the App.
- Coins have no cash value and are not redeemable, refundable, or transferable outside the App except where required by law.
Prohibited Conduct
- Circumventing purchase flows, exploiting bugs, or interfering with servers.
- Automating gameplay, reverse engineering, or modifying the App.
Refunds
All purchases are subject to Apple’s App Store terms. Where Apple refunds a transaction, we may remove previously granted coins tied to that purchase.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion via email.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Courts of Nantes shall have non‑exclusive jurisdiction.
